Shipping & Returns

Standard shipping is free with a purchase of $100 or more. Order must total $100 after all discounts or promotions are applied. Some oversized items are excluded from free shipping and will be noted as such.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and will arrive within 3-10 business days after shipping. We will e-mail you with a tracking number once your order ships. While most orders ship within 1-3 business days, some delays are possible and we will try to notify you of longer than expected ship times. 

Ellie & Becks Co. does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. If you notice an error and your order has not yet been shipped, please send us a note ASAP and we’ll try our best to resolve!

Ellie & Becks Co. is not responsible for missing or lost packages due to courier error. We will however work as hard as we can with you to recover the package and file the necessary claims. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, customer is responsible for re-shipment charges.

Ellie & Becks Co. can not guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, but will try to accommodate changes to any orders that have not yet been shipped.

Some important information to take note when sending back a return:

  • Returned items must be in their original condition - undamaged and ideally in original packaging where applicable. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping fees and a flat fee of $100 if you are returning bulky items. 
  • Once we process your return, we’ll issue your refund. 
  • Returns are accepted on any items that are not marked as Final Sale, that are shipped within 30 days of receipt.
  • Refunds will be processed in your original form of payment only if received items are in original condition. If you are a gift recipient, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit.
