Orders
For in-stock items, you will receive your order in 7-10 business days with standard ground shipping.
For pre-order items, please check the product page for estimated arrival date.
Pre-order arrivals and ship date vary by product, so check product details for your estimated ship date. You will also receive an email confirming ship date.
Shipping
Standard shipping is free within the contiguous United States for purchases over $100 (after all discounts or promotions are applied, excluding Alaska & Hawaii).
Some oversized items are excluded from free shipping and will be noted in the product details.
We currently ship to Canada - rates will populate at checkout.
For all other international orders, please reach out to us directly at customercare@ellieandbecks.co for a custom quote.
Please note that international shipping is not offered for any of our oversized pieces.

Returns & Exchanges
Yes, we accept returns or exchanges of items within 30 days of delivery, for items received in their original condition.
Returns are not accepted after 30 days of item delivery, or for items that are final sale.
Please package your item in it's original condition, and send your return to: ELLIE & BECKS RETURNS 8518 FM 1826, AUSTIN, TX 78737
Please allow 48 hours for returns to be processed once received at our warehouse. Once your refund is processed, it will take 24-48 hours to show up in your account. Refunds can only be processed in your original form of payment.
Please send your return in its original condition to 8518 FM 1826, Austin, TX 78737. Once received to our warehouse, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit.
Send a note to our team at customercare@ellieandbecks.co and include your order number, and the item(s) you'd like to exchange. Customers are responsible for new shipping charges, except in the event of receiving an incorrect or damaged item.
We're sorry about the issue with your order! Please send an email to customercare@ellieandbecks.co and tell us your order number and the details of your issue so we can help resolve. For damaged items, please send a photo of the damages, as well as a photo of the outer package your item arrived in.
